had a great, long stay in villadangos del paramo! hostal alto paramo exceeded expectations - basic rooms and bathrooms, but friendly staff and good value. dinner service was slow, but food was fine. a perfect place to rest on the camino.

The value for money at Hostal Alto Paramo was excellent, with generous portions and delicious food. The staff were incredibly friendly and made an effort to communicate with us, even though we didn't speak Spanish. The location right on the Camino de Santiago route was convenient for our walk, with neat and clean rooms.

The staff at Hostal Alto Paramo were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Plus, the food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing.
